Soo Much PIZZA!

Hej Family and Friends!

Another week has come and gone, I still can't get over how fast time goes by!

This week we have been working on finalizing our Easter Break Plans!! Erica, Tara, and I have been in trip planning and preparation mode all week! We have narrowed down where we will be traveling in about 11 days! We are heading to Paris and will meet up with Matthieu the first night! Matthieu has been a big help with explaining the metro system and suggesting places to see while there! Ali and Tiff will be joining us for a few days as well! It will be good! From there we will spend a day in Lyon!
To continue our awesome trip we are going to Italy! We will spend a few days in Venice then heading to Florence where we will get to meet and stay with Erica's aunt! We will also have the opportunity to travel over to Rome! It's going to be awesome! We also got our accommodations set in stone which is nice, but also sad watching all my money disappear! Oh well, I'm getting to travel!

On Friday a bunch of us in the AIK had a giant pizza party! I feel like we made about 20 pizzas and devoured all of them! Everyone got to choose what they wanted on their pizza! I will never look at pizzas the same! But it was so much fun cooking, eating, and talking to everyone! Eventually, after we were all disgusted with the pizzas we busted out the wine and other alcoholic beverages and continued the party! It was a lot of fun and we even headed out to the street around midnight! We went dancing at The Manhattan, a new pub for us! It was a lot of fun! A late night, but really fun!

The next morning was a little rough, Ali, Tara, Erica, and I were going on the Randers trip with a few people in the ICS program with us. We had to be at the train station by 8:45am! Not bad, but the bus only comes like once an hour so we had to leave at 7:30 because the next bus would get us there too late! Thank goodness for coffee! We waited the hour for the rest of the group to come before boarding the train to Randers!

Erica, Ali, and Tara were a little tired on the way over!

Randers is a cute little town! We went to Randers Rainforest! A very cool bio-dome with an actual rainforest in it! There were three different parts: South America, Africa, and Asia!
Each had lots of different plants, animals, and fish to view!

The first bio-dome we went in was South America! It was really pretty inside! So many little rivers and ponds with fish and turtles in it. We also got to see lots of trees, vines, and flowers. It slightly makes me want summer to come faster!

We found the sea otters! They were so cute and playful! They loved they attention! So adorable!

There was so much to see and experience in the bio-domes! However, I slightly felt a little bit older than the average viewer! The place was packed with tons of little kids! Made me really miss my nephews Lars, Joren, and JJ as well as my niece, Finley! They would love to see something like this! Maybe one day, cool Aunt Suzi will find something equally as awesome in the US and take them on a trip! I would be sure to win favorite Aunt with that, right?
After the rainforest, our group went to eat at an Applebee's like restaurant. It was really good! And fun to just sit and enjoy each others company! That was the conclusion of the trip paid for by AAU! We decided to head back to actually get some sleep! It was a really good day overall!

The rest of the weekend was very chill and relaxed compared to Friday and Saturday! On Monday Ali, Erica, Tara, and I headed into City Center to get a few things. We especially wanted to get a travel book for Italy! After searching, we learned the only books they had on Italy were either in Danish or were teaching Italian in Danish. Not much help! Hopefully we can find something to bring along so we don't get lost!

That afternoon, Ali made scones so Erica and I went out and talked to her while she made them! We also got to try one or two, okay like six, but they were delicious! We actually just stayed out in the common area to talk to everyone who came out to cook and eat for a few hours. It was really fun! So much community in this glorious kollegium!
