Sweet 16!

I will be leaving America in 16 days!

I can't believe how fast the time has gone since I found out where I was placed! I am extremely thankful for this opportunity and for how things are finally starting to fall into place! Thank the Lord!

I started to compile the list of all the things I need to do before I leave!

  • Submit application and have Biometrics taken
  • Meet with Dr. Paasch to get my Comm. Research finished?
  • Work on my CIL (Character in Leadership) final project!
  • Buy stuff for Aalborg
  • Pack enough stuff for 6 months!
  • Say goodbye to the awesome people I have met at Jamestown College.
The last one is probably going to be the hardest. I have had an amazing experience at Jamestown College. I know I have said it before, but I really have. I have met a TON of awesome people, connected with friends from my past, done some crazy stuff, and learned a lot about who I am. I am forever thankful for JC!

This Wednesday I have the opportunity to head to Chicago to have my Biometrics taken and my application submitted! I am excited to have this part all figured out and in motion. It is no longer a stressful or tearful situation!  I am looking forward to spending some quality time with my cousin, Danielle, who was able to switch her schedule around to be able to join me! (Thanks again so much for coming with me!)

I guess that is the exciting news I have as far as how things are coming along! Stay tuned! I'm a jump, skip, and hop away from my next adventure!
